---Current Situation:
1. Seriously competition, lower price become main method.
Everyone knows this industry has past excessive profit time. Now, it’s seriously time, lower price beomes main method.No matter factory, distributors or user, usually, they fail after competition of one time.
2. No brand conscious:
In this industry, there is no real flagship brand. Many people prefers small business, they have not brand conscious. If this condition is always in this way, how can be strong?
3. 24 hours working, profit is so so.
Some boss said: we are very busy for every day, however we get small profit. We can’t always do business in this way”. I know many printing company meet same situation at moment. Many people can’t continuous and change into another industry. In fact, due to different method and conscious, some company is ok, some company is not good in same industry. I give my idea in the three pictures about this industry. I think that ideal printing market isregular tringle—picture 1. However because we don’t care about medium- higher-end market, these markets drop into lower-end market. In this way, there is more serious competition in lower-end market. This is sick market.

Some printing companies have entered this area early, the price is very high at that moment, the profit is also high .so printing company earned several millions. Now, it’s very difficult to earn 10 thousands. Face to this situation, many boss have no enthusiasm.
2. How to solve lower price competition?
Embodying production difference—improve quality and service. For same price, if your quality and service is best, you will get more customers and profit.
3. Telling your customers what you can do and what kind of profit you can bring your customers. Guiding your customers actively.
---What’s the business?
Chinese people called buying and selling as business, and then what’s the business? Business=bringing money and idea, business is idea of earning money. I thing doing business is like fishing, choosing industry is like choosing location of fishing. For examples, I choose to fish in reservoir, and many people will follow me, then, my way of choosing lure, fishing line, fishing rod and fishing method will decide the result. So, if we make good prepare, we will get more than others.
However we can’t complain fishes and other things. If you are good at fishing, you can bring many methods to operating company, then you will become best in this industry.
