Eco-solvent machine is a kind of wide print equipment which relies on computer to control the output of image. Its core is a variety of main boards, the internal circuit space is short, the area is small, the sensitivity voltage is generally between 0-200V, it is very easy to be damaged by the static damage. Today,we will discuss the methods of preventing static electricity.  

First, let's look at the mechanism of electrostatic interference. The electrostatic discharge is the noise generated by the induction of the electric current to the circuit at a very short moment, and the discharge current makes the potential of the ground potential, such as the shell ground and the signal ground, fluctuate, thus causing interference to the normal work of the circuit. A slight electromagnetic pulse interference can cause electronic products to run out of control, resulting in erroneous instructions or information loss. Electrostatic discharge can cause radar, command and so on to lose function and cause fatal consequences. As a kind of precision printing equipment, it is necessary to prevent static electricity for Eco-solvent ink machine.

There are three ways to control the static by now:

1、Grounding the printed material.

2、Use electro-static coating or detergent.

3、Ionize the air around the material with static electricity. 

However, in practice, the grounding of materials is not realistic, and the use of anti-static coatings and detergents will greatly increase the cost.The ionized air also has a lot of inconveniences, and it is necessary to do this in the science anti-static electricity on the printing area:

a、Control printing speed. Research shows, when speed lowerelectron cloud is in a stable state, electron don`t come out, static electricity generation is low.

b、Control indoor temperature and humidity. Generally, 40%-60% relative humidity range,the static electricity on the printed material is more likely to be transmitted and removed without affecting the ink droplets on the printer's nozzle, ensure printing accuracy.It is recommended to open Windows regularly to ensure good ventilation 

c、Give the machine a good grounding.

d、Do not use high viscosity ink. Although the ink drop weight too large can reduce the electrostatic effect, but the viscosity too high will bring disadvantage to machine nozzle crystal.
